I'm Briana, and I started Reignbow Snowballs & More because I wanted to bring a piece of my childhood to my own community. This is a women-owned, family-run business — and it's local, through and through. No big corporate backing, no franchise. Just me, my family, and a tent full of color, showing up to celebrate with our neighbors here in Conroe and surrounding areas.
For the past year and a half, I've been doing this one event at a time — and every single cup still feels personal to me.
The Reign in Reignbow
This little face right here is a big part of why we're called Reignbow. Her middle name is Reign — and honestly, it fits her perfectly. She's bold, she's full of color, and she lights up every room she walks into.
When I was naming this business, I wanted something that captured that same energy — bright, bold, impossible to ignore. So Reignbow it became: her name, a rainbow of flavors, and a whole lot of love poured into every cup.
The treat I saved up for
Growing up in New Orleans, my family didn't have a lot. But every so often, on a hot day, scraping together enough change for a snoball from the local shop felt like the biggest win in the world.
It wasn't just shaved ice to me. It was a few minutes of pure joy — standing in line with neighbors, picking a flavor, watching the syrup soak in, and savoring every single bite. For a kid who didn't get a lot of "extras," that little treat meant everything.
I wanted to give that feeling back
That memory never left me — not just because the snoballs were good, but because of what they meant. A small treat that brought people together. Neighbors. Friends. Family. Everyone gathered around something simple they could all enjoy, no matter what else was going on.
That's exactly the feeling I wanted to bring to Conroe. Not just a dessert business, but a reason for people in my own community to gather, smile, and share something sweet together.
From a childhood memory to a family business
Today, Reignbow Snowballs & More is a pop-up tent built on that same childhood memory — soft, fluffy, New Orleans-style shaved ice, loaded with bold flavor, served with a smile by me and my family.
I bring my tent to private events across Conroe, TX and the surrounding area — birthday parties, block parties, school events, and company gatherings. Wherever my neighbors are coming together, I want to be part of that moment, the same way that little snoball shop was part of mine.
